2023 Changes at YHZ

In February, Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) has launched an official operating permit for Turo Canada.

What does this mean for you?

You may notice that delivery fees are now higher when selecting airport pickup and drop-off. The airport is adding a fee to operate on their property, while allowing us to continue serving travellers as we have previously. On most trips, the difference will be minimal. However, the fee is based on total trip cost, so it will be higher on longer bookings. With airport delivery, we still bring cars directly into the terminal parkade. Get in your car and hit the road with no waiting, shuttles, or paperwork!

During check out, you now have the option to choose delivery directly to the following airport hotels: Alt Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and Hilton Garden Inn. If you choose hotel delivery, there will not be an airport fee, just the delivery fee.

Of course, you can still pick up vehicles from our home location in Halifax, or from the delivery location of your choice.
